How long does order processing take?
  • 1–2 Business Days — Item in stock at Prology
  • 24–48 Hours — Item in stock with supplier
  • 1–3 Business Days — Item sourced from supplier

Processing begins after payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on processing time, shipping method, and delivery location. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
  • Orders can be cancelled before processing begins
  • Once approved or in processing, cancellation may not be possible
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

How do I return a product?

All returns require approval:

  • Contact Prology to request an RMA (Return Authorisation)
  • Provide proof of purchase and product details
  • Follow return instructions provided by our team
How are refunds processed?
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
